Job Description
Railway Recruitment Boards have issued Centralised Employment Notification CEN 05/2026 for recruitment to 590 paramedical category posts across Indian Railways. Online applications opened on 15 September 2026 and must be submitted by 23:59 hours on 14 October 2026. Fee payment for submitted applications is allowed till 16 October 2026.
The largest share is Nursing Superintendent (365), followed by Pharmacist Entry Grade (118), Health & Malaria Inspector Gr II (43), Lab Assistant Gr II (31), Radiographer/X-Ray Technician (25), ECG Technician (4), Optometrist (2), Dialysis Technician (1) and Audiologist & Speech Therapist (1).

Eligibility
Candidates must hold the educational/technical/professional qualification prescribed for the chosen post in Annexure-A of the CEN from a recognised board/university/institute as on the closing date. Those awaiting final results are not eligible. Medical standards and post parameters are also in the CEN annexures.

- Open CEN 05/2026 and choose one RRB carefully (Chosen RRB cannot be changed later).
- Fill personal, educational and category details; capture live photograph as required.
- Upload scanned documents listed in the CEN and pay the fee online (net banking/card/UPI).
- Submit before 14 October 2026 23:59 hrs and keep the registration printout.
