Eligibility (summary)

Driver: Matric; valid light and heavy vehicle licence; minimum 3 years driving experience.
Clerk (Legal): Law graduate; competitive test; Punjabi and English typing at 30 wpm.
Clerk (Accounts): Graduation with Statistics / Mathematics / Accounts (or Commerce degree for some departments); typing tests as above.
Clerk (IT): BCA / B.Tech / relevant IT graduate qualifications as listed post-wise; typing tests.
Translator: Graduation plus prescribed computer / DTP course (or DoEACC O-level equivalent).
Field Artist: Graduate in Music, Drama or Dance from a recognised university.
Punjabi at Matric level is compulsory for appointment under Punjab Civil Services (General and Common Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994.

Selection

Objective MCQ written exam in two parts (Part A Punjabi qualifying at 50%; merit from Part B with 1/4 negative marking). Clerk posts also require qualifying Punjabi and English typing tests at 30 wpm. Document verification / counselling follows the merit list.

Fill personal and educational details, upload photograph, signature and required certificates.
Pay the fee online and submit. Take a printout of the final application.
