EIL Associate Engineer Recruitment 2026 – 20 Posts, Apply by 12 Oct

Engineers India Limited (EIL), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has released Advertisement No. HRD/Rectt./Advt./2026-27/10 for recruitment of Associate Engineer Grade-I (Inspection) on a contractual / fixed-term basis.

A total of 20 posts are available: 16 Mechanical / Metallurgical Inspection and 4 Electrical Inspection. Online applications opened on 26 September 2026 and close on 12 October 2026. The cut-off date for eligibility is 31 August 2026.

Pay and age

• Monthly consolidated pay about ₹57,600–₹64,000 depending on city category (X / Y / Z)
• Maximum age 32 years (relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PwD as per rules)

Essential qualification and experience

BE / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Engg.) in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Electrical Engineering with two years relevant post-qualification inspection experience of static / rotating equipment (ASME / API for Mech-Met) or electrical equipment (switchboards, motors, transformers, VFDs, cables, etc.) as detailed in the notice.

Selection
